Each order is custom made at the time of purchase (with the exception of rare "in stock" items). I am currently shipping on Tuesday and Fridays. During high-volume sales, I do occasionally pack and ship daily. I ship via USPS First Class or Priority, depending upon weight. It is always my hope that the postal service will get your order to you quickly, though it is out of my hands once it is in theirs. All items ship free within the United States. Additional rates apply to expedited shipping (please wait for revised total before completing payment in PayPal). 

International customers: Depending on the item(s), I may be able to ship at a comparable rate (allowing me to include shipping for you also), but some items (detergent, pail pardner, large orders) are too heavy and require additional postage. If this is required, I will send you an updated invoice for the difference! 

I strive for customer satisfaction! If you are for any reason unhappy with your order, please contact me so that I can try to help you. I cannot offer refunds, due to the consumable nature of the products, unless I have made an error in your order. If you are only unhappy with a scent you have chosen, I can help you find a place to trade or sell it. I have a fan group on Facebook where members would probably be more than happy to take it off your hands! I use only the highest quality ingredients, and I maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards. I do not send out any product I would not be proud to have my name and business associated with. Buy with confidence, as I will only produce first quality products. :)
