Each order is custom made when you purchase it (with the exception of rare "in stock" items). I typically pack orders on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays - and then I ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. During high-volume sales, I do occasionally pack and ship daily. Typical turnaround is 24-48 hours from the time you order until your package is shipped. I ship via USPS, either First Class or Priority, depending on weight. (Detergent always goes Priority). It is always my hope the the postal service will get your order to you quickly, though it is out of my hands after I drop it off with them.


I strive for customer satisfaction! If you are for any reason unhappy with your order, please contact me so that I can try to help you. I cannot offer refunds, due to the consumable nature of the products, unless I have made an error when packing your order.

If you are only unhappy with a scent you have chosen, I can help you find a place to trade or sell it - I have a fan group on Cafemom where there is a scent swap forum. Members there would be more than happy to take it off your hands! :)

I use only the highest quality ingredients, and I maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in my workspace and home. I do not send out any product I would not be proud to have my name and business associated with. Buy with confidence, as I will only put out first quality products. :)
