My name is Jacklen Taylor, and I am a work-at-home mom of two kids, one boy (Canon, 3) and one girl (McCayla, 6). We are expecting our third little blessing this Autumn.

I started Lil' Outlaws in 2006 - because I wanted to found a home business that I could be passionate about, one that would allow me to stay home with my children. I wanted to provide the best possible products to customers, tailored to their specifications.

I use no artificial colors (except in some bar soaps, which are specified), with "all natural" options available (such as essential oils instead of fragrance oils). I never use Borax, bleach, SLS, enzymes, or other harmful ingredients.

Due to my own son's health issues, I am very mindful of allergies and sensitivities. If you tend to have reactions to any items, please let me know before I complete your product. I do occasionally use cinnamon oils, nut oils, and soy oils, in my products, though they are always specified. If you are vegan, please inform me so that I can be sure not to use goat's milk or tallow in your soaps or solutions.

All orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours, excluding postal holidays and Sundays. I will update you if there is a delay.

I try to include free samples in every order! Please note that in an effort to preserve the environment, I will frequently use clean, recycled or re-purposed packaging and containers. (Meaning sometimes your item will arrive in a different container than you may have received previously)

I strive for your satisfaction, and will do anything necessary to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you have any issues when you receive your item, I will work with you to find a solution, including remaking, replacing, or refunding wherever necessary.
